Stretching: 3.12 hours. Massage: 1.5 hours


What makes me laugh is that even with this being an all-time record for miles run in a week by me, it's nothing compared to someone like Julie B.

Oh, and I still cannot find my quadriceps muscles. They have gone missing. I am hoping they will find their way back tomorrow or Saturday.
