Weekly Workout Totals 12/01/2008-12/07/2008

It was an awesome training week! I did everything I needed to do and enjoyed doing it! This week my challenge is going to be to stay sane and make training my first priority in the morning before I head out for all day meetings followed by group dinners. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, my house will be being beautified. I *HEART* multitasking!

I'm going to try and get a little more tans today, since my meetings don't start until tomorrow. But I'll be sure to try and get outdoors during the breaks once the meetings begin.

It's been awhile since I've looked forward to training hard. With a little bit of easing off of the stress, a bit more sleep and my body healing up, it's great to feel like I'm almost 100% back. Literally!
