Yes, pistachios. I am living dangerously! I shelled exactly 39 * 3 = 117 of them.

Of course I made it! It's like a cannoli cake, since the filling is mascarpone cheese, pistachios and chocolate chips. Cake is lemon/almond sponge, and frosting is sweetened whipped cream.

Can you imagine that a tomboy like me likes to bake? ;) And sew and cook--my inner Martha Stewart comes out whenever I have the time!
