Weekly Workout Totals 03/03/2008-03/09/2008

Not a bad week considering it included a little "race" (see following post) and 2 full days off. Yesterday, I felt like I had, indeed, raced, in the sense of how tired I felt. We'll see how I'm doing as my own coach over the next few days as I ramp back up.

I just saw your pics from your "race." Your abs look more pronounced now than ever, I think. Oh how I long for a six pack.

I am my own coach too, and my own worst enemy when it comes to working out hard and racing....
I don't think there's a coach out there that would put up or keep up with me...er...us! :-)
