Weekly Workout Totals 07/07/2008-07/13/2008

Um...hopefully my next weekly workout totals includes an Ironman in there someplace...some taper week I had, huh? Look at that swimming! I guess I'm ready for a swim taper :) Oh well, I'm ready to slide into short, mostly easy workouts now and get my ass to Lake Placid.
