Weekly Workout Totals 7/28/2008-8/3/2008 and Ride of Lostness

I did a local ride called the Rotary Ride today. It didn't get into the 90's--just low 80's. But there was a lot of lostness. Apparently, some guy in a pickup went and gathered up a lot of the turn signs. Dickhead. Funny thing was it didn't really matter all that much to me. I ran into a number of people I know, and we were all comparing "tiredness" notes. I did get to hammer with many of them for bits and pieces, and we'd then go off separately and get lost separately and then somehow reconnect! It was pretty funny. I ended up at 110 miles, and my legs let me know. Hard to believe, but I did 3,000 ft. of climbing today. Not bad for flatland, eh? But look at what I did this past week below. That's the most stretching this entire season (I needed it). Also a good bit of biking. I am pretty beat, but think I can put together another good "not training" week this week. And oh yeah, I rode in tri suit panties today. I never did take off the token tank--it just wasn't uncomfortable--and my legs are browner than they've been in a few years. I'll even things out this week as I swim and run more. My quads are really beat up right now, but I get worked on tomorrow evening.

I am too tired to bold anything at this point. Figure it out!
