Sobering Thoughts

Successful athletes have the ability to look at themselves objectively and set reasonable goals based on their time available to train, commitment to sport, etc. Take a look at the following to see where you fall, and then take a moment to think about where you want to go and what you are doing about it. I do this exercise about once a month.

Thanks for the links. I printed out the "matrix". Although I don't totally agree with 100% of it, I agree with most of it. Only someone who has been this transformation can understand this. Triathlon has forever changed me - for the better. I have been away from the sport (partially), since I went back to school. I finish school in two weeks and I can hardly wait to start back training. Your words are motivating me.
