Thanks for the links. I printed out the "matrix". Although I don't totally agree with 100% of it, I agree with most of it. Only someone who has been this transformation can understand this. Triathlon has forever changed me - for the better. I have been away from the sport (partially), since I went back to school. I finish school in two weeks and I can hardly wait to start back training. Your words are motivating me.
